Last updated: October 15, 2026

This policy describes how personal data is processed when you use my apps. If you have questions, contact hello.ivantrj@gmail.com.

01

Information About Data Collection and Controller Details

1.1 We are pleased that you are using our application (hereinafter "app"). This privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our app. Personal data refers to any information that can be used to identify you personally.

1.2 The entity responsible for data processing in connection with this app, as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is Ivan Trajanovski, Salzburg, Austria, email: hello.ivantrj@gmail.com. The data controller is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of processing personal data.

02

Contact

When you contact us (e.g., via email or a contact form within the app), we collect personal data. The specific data collected via a contact form will be evident from the form itself. This data is stored and used solely to respond to your inquiry, facilitate communication, and manage related technical administration. The legal basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in addressing your request, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact relates to entering into a contract, the additional legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted after your request has been fully resolved, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.

03

Data Processing for Contractual Purposes

3.1 To fulfill contracts or services provided through the app, we may collaborate with service providers who assist us, in whole or in part, in executing these agreements. Certain personal data may be shared with these providers as outlined below.

If the app involves transactions or services requiring third-party processing (e.g., payment processing or other operational support), we will share only the personal data necessary to complete the transaction or service. The legal basis for this data transfer is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which pertains to the performance of a contract.

3.2 In-App Purchases and RevenueCat (Where Applicable)

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details; Apple shares only the information needed to confirm a purchase, such as which product was bought and whether it is active. Apple's handling of this data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

For apps that use RevenueCat, payments are processed via RevenueCat Inc., 300 Euclid Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94118, USA. We share the information you provide during the purchase process, along with order details, with RevenueCat solely for payment processing purposes, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We have entered into a data processing agreement with RevenueCat, obligating them to safeguard your data and refrain from sharing it with third parties. For more details on RevenueCat's privacy practices, visit revenuecat.com/privacy.

3.3 Processing of Health Data (Where Applicable)

For apps that collect or process health-related data (e.g., fitness metrics, medical information, or wellness tracking), we process this data only with your explicit consent, pursuant to Article 9(2)(a) GDPR. Health data is considered a special category of personal data under GDPR, and we ensure its protection through enhanced security measures. This data will only be used for the purposes explicitly stated in the app (e.g., providing health insights or tracking progress) and will not be shared with third parties unless required for the service and with your prior consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described in Section 4.1 below, after which we will cease processing your health data and delete it, unless legal obligations require retention. If an app does not collect health data, this section does not apply.

3.4 Data Stored on Your Device and in iCloud (Where Applicable)

Some apps (for example Tendu) keep everything you create, such as to-dos, notes, habits and focus history, on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, this data is synced between your devices through your own private iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. We have no access to this data: it is not sent to us or to any server we operate, and it is protected by your Apple Account. You can delete it at any time by deleting it in the app, removing the app, or managing iCloud storage in your device settings.

3.5 Calendar Access (Where Applicable)

Some apps (for example Tendu) can show events from the calendars on your device next to your to-dos. This is off until you turn it on, and the app asks for your permission first. Events are read on your device only, to display them in the app; they are not stored elsewhere, copied, or sent to us or anyone else. You can turn this off in the app or withdraw calendar access at any time in your device's privacy settings.

3.6 Notifications, Widgets and Shortcuts (Where Applicable)

Reminders and other notifications are scheduled locally on your device. Widgets, Siri and Shortcuts actions, and the share extension work with the data already on your device and do not send it anywhere. Tendu contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.

04

Rights of the Data Subject

4.1 Under applicable data protection laws, you have extensive rights regarding the processing of your personal data. We outline these rights below:

  • Right to Information (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request details about your personal data processed by us, including the purposes of processing, categories of data, recipients, storage duration, and more.
  • Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can request the correction of inaccurate data or the completion of incomplete data we hold about you.
  • Right to Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the deletion of your personal data, provided the conditions of Art. 17(1) GDPR are met, unless exceptions (e.g., legal obligations) apply.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You can request that we restrict processing under certain conditions, such as while we verify disputed data accuracy.
  • Right to Notification (Art. 19 GDPR): If you request rectification, erasure, or restriction, we will inform all recipients of your data about these changes, unless this is impossible or disproportionate.
  • Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format or request its transfer to another controller, where feasible.
  • Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): You can revoke any consent given for data processing at any time, with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
  • Right to Lodge a Complaint (Art. 77 GDPR): You may file a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your data violates GDPR.

4.2 Right to Object

If we process your data based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you may object to this processing at any time for reasons specific to your situation. If you object, we will cease processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the processing serves legal claims.

If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you may object at any time, and we will stop processing it for such purposes.
